How do I cancel my subscription?

Since Torq Tribe subscriptions are handled exclusively through the App Store, you must cancel it directly in your Apple ID settings. Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, tap on Torq Tribe, and select "Cancel Subscription." You must do this at least 24 hours before your billing cycle ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated workout data directly within the Torq Tribe App by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email us at torqtribe@icloud.com from the email address registered to your account to request manual deletion.

Is Torq Tribe a medical application?

No. Torq Tribe provides general fitness information and AI-generated workout coaching for planning purposes only. It is not medical advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or lifestyle program.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
