California Privacy Rights Statement

We DO NOT Sell Your Personal Information
Torq Tribe does not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not rent, sell, or trade your data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or device. In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months, including the categories of information collected, sources, our business purposes, and the specific pieces of data.
2. Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected and maintained by us, subject to certain exceptions (such as maintaining data to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, or comply with legal obligations).
3. Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality of goods or services.
